Lori Williams is a seasoned business consultant, speaker, and writer with over 30 years of experience working with small and mid-sized companies. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership roles, including CEO, CFO, Commercial Banker, and Board Member. As a recognized expert in business finance, Lori is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to understand their company’s financial health. Lori is an Enrolled Agent certified by the U.S. Treasury, allowing her to represent clients before the IRS. Her extensive experience as a CFO and banker enables her to guide clients through the complexities of financial laws and government regulations. She has served as an advisor to the Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) Network for more than 20 years and currently consults with multiple Centers within the Los Angeles SBDC Network. Lori also serves on the SBDC board and hosts a weekly talk show, SmallBiz Talk, where she provides insights on business success. She is a sought-after speaker for the SBDC and numerous chambers and business associations. In addition to her consulting work, Lori shares her expertise through eBooks available on Amazon, iTunes, and Barnes & Noble. As an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University, she teaches aspiring entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial department. Lori holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, a BS in Business and Management, and an AA in Medical Science. She is also certified as a Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming. Her speaking engagements have included IBM Big Blue Alumni, World Savings Bank, Citibank, and other prominent organizations.
